Weight Loss Challenge
Eligibility: NEW CLIENTS ONLY. Any female weighing over 180 lbs or any male weighing over 220 lbs who wants to lose 10% or more of their body weight. 

This is a one-on-one intensive 12 week fitness program. Participants will work with a trainer 3 times per week and will be given a dietary program to follow. There will be a weigh-in once a week to monitor progress. 

All participants pay an entry fee of $2700 and anyone who does not lose at least 10% of their body weight will receive every dollar of their money back at the end of the 12 week challenge.

Self Defense
If you want to learn self defense, lose weight and get in the best shape of your life, the trainers at Urban LA Boot Camp will introduce you to Muay Thai Kickboxing. It's the most effective stand-up fighting sport in the world. Through training and conditioning, you will improve/gain strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
